Commuter Air Technology is well known for its King Air enhancements, but today the company is expanding its enhancement products to encompass additional aircraft.


Exhaust Gas Extractor (EGE) Applications

New EGEs are being developed to enhance the performance of PT–6 derivative engines for the Cheyenne I and II, Conquest I, and C–90 King Air. Some of these EGEs are exptected to be ready for the market by early 2005.


Walter Engine

Commuter Air Technology has been selected by Walter Engine of Czechoslovakia to develop a new Exhaust Gas Extractor that will enhance the performance of the Walter engine. The lead application for this exciting new product is the King Air C–90. The first prototype has been produced, engine test runs have been completed, and flight-testing began in the second quarter of 2003.


TBM-700

Commuter Air Technology is designing a new Exhaust Gas Extractor for the TBM–700. We are evaluating modifications and improvements to the current design and an overall design change.


Seats

A two-year development program has resulted in the production of new, improved seats and replacement components. Shipment of the new seats began in 2003.


Other

We are evaluating a number of other productivity and performance enhancements for application on various aircraft makes and models.
