The Butterfield Flow Through Anti-Ice kit changes the anti-ice characteristics of the King Air. The hot gas is now extracted from the right side of the front lip of the intake only, ducted down the right side, out the left side of the cowling and exits out the left exhaust stack. This means there's no unwanted residue on the underside of engine nacelles.
