Commuter Air Technology Names Caporicci as New Vice President
Commuter Air Technology (CAT), an AGC Aerospace & Defense company, announced today the selection of Louis A. Caporicci as Vice President of Business Development.
“We are very pleased to have Lou aboard and are confident that his former military and commercial experience will add immense value to CAT’s management team," said Darryl Wilkerson, president of CAT. “Lou will oversee CAT’s business development team and is tasked to guide strategic vision and continue facilitating the growth of the company.”
Caporicci served in the United States Air Force and the Special Operations community for over 27 years amassing 4000 flight hours; including instructor, examiner and combat time. Caporicci served as an Air Rescue and Special Operations Forces helicopter pilot, commander and key leader in a variety of USAF and Special Operations Forces assignments.
Caporicci’s military flying resume includes the UH-1H Huey, HH-3E Jolly Green, and MH-53M Pavelow aircraft. Caporicci also possesses a variety of FAA helicopter and fixed wing instructor and type certifications. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and the University of Southern California
Commuter Air Technology, (CAT) is a Special Mission aircraft integrator and operator that conducts “SOF Quality” operations both OCONUS and CONUS. CAT is recognized for rapid and unique ISR integrations with complete training, operations and CLS support. CAT also operates the Kerry Frith ISR Training Center, which supports fused and actionable ISR airborne and ground training. CAT designs and utilizes numerous Supplemental Type Certificates (STC’s) that enable increases in performance for the King Air series aircraft.
