Commuter Air Technology, Inc and its parent CAT Holdings, LLC are portfolio companies of Acorn Growth Equity Capital, LLC, Marco Capital Group and Scissortail, LLC and was acquired from the Founders, Keith Nickels and Sharon Thuell in November, 2005.
