Darryl Wilkerson is president of AGC's Integrated Defense Group which includes AGC aerospace companies with synergies in maintenance, repair, overhaul (MRO), new and used aircraft sales, proprietary FAA certified aftermarket products, system integrations with emphasis on intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), fixed base operations (FBO), and turn-key government special mission air operations. He serves as President and CEO of Commuter Air Technology and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Acorn where he served as an Advisory Board Member from 2001 - 2005. He joined AGC in 2006, with 28 years of defense industry experience, and has full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the companies in his group.
Prior to his current position he served in advanced programs, program management, and business development roles at Teledyne Brown Engineering and L-3 Communications. He has extensive experience managing systems engineering and integration, modeling and simulation, LRIP manufacturing, contractor logistics, and field service operations in support of U.S. and foreign government and commercial customers.
Mr. Wilkerson began his aerospace career in 1978 with honorable service in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and is a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee's Center for Executive Education.
He currently serves as a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, Air Force Association, USAF Logistics Officer Association, Army Aviation Association of America, Association of the US Army, National Contract Management Association, and the University of Oklahoma Chapter of the Gamma Beta Phi Society.
Gary Ambrose is the Senior Vice President of Commuter Air Technology (CAT), which has offices in Oklahoma City, Washington DC, and Tampa. He manages CAT’s business operations, which include research and development, design, manufacturing, engineering services, certification, licensing, and the installation and integration of aircraft performance and capabilities enhancing components. He joined CAT in 2008 with 24 Years of military experience in airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Special Mission Systems program development, management and employment.
Prior to his current position he served as Chief of ISR Division for Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC) and as Operations Officer, Maintenance Officer and Chief Pilot for a Navy Special Projects squadron. He has extensive experience in program development, integration and management of ISR systems supporting Special Operating Forces (SOF). He has accumulated over 4,000 pilot hours and conducted hundreds of sensitive combat missions supporting operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM , and ENDURING FREEDOM- PHILIPPINES. He is type rated (ATP) and has instructed in both the P-3 Orion and the Boeing 737.
Mr. Ambrose began his aerospace career in 1984 as a US Navy avionics technician and airborne special mission systems operator. He is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a MS in Aviation Management and the US Marine Corps University with a MS in Military Studies.
He currently serves as an active member in his church, National Defense Industrial Association, Association of the US Army and Navy League.
Jennifer Johnson is the Vice President Finance and Administration for Commuter Air Technology, Inc. (CAT). She joined CAT in 2009, with 11 years of Government Contracts and Finance and Administration experience. She has the full responsibility for corporate and government compliance regulations along with the full profit and loss administration.
Prior to her current position she served in similar roles as Business Unit Controller for Standard Aero building Government Compliance program and as CFO for Long Wave Incorporated. Jennifer began her experience in 1996 in the accounting industry and in 1998 joined the government contracts industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also was nominated and awarded as one of the Top 40 Executives under the age of 40 in the State of Oklahoma in 2003.
She currently serves as a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, Association of Government Accountants, University of Oklahoma Alumni (College of Business).
Ken Haley is the Vice President Technical Services for Commuter Air Technology, Inc. (CAT). He joined CAT in 2005, with over 39 years of experience in the aviation industry and extensive background in aircraft modification. He has full responsibility for all aircraft acquisitions, integrations, has oversight on aircraft airworthiness as well as QA on all vendors holding PMA. He manages new STC’s and maintenance of all existing STC’s.
Prior to his current position he was an Owner/Operator, Trans Jet International, an International Sales Manager and General Manager of several FBO’s. His professional education consists of DeVry University specializing in electronics. Ken’s military background includes Air Force, Crew Chief C-130 Hercules and entered 3/74.
He currently serves as a member of the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association and National Business Aviation Association.
Sean Iverson is the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot for Commuter Air Technology (CAT), located in Oklahoma. He manages CAT’s business operations, which include, research and development, design, manufacturing, engineering services, certification, licensing, and the installation and integration of aircraft performance and capabilities enhancing components. He joined CAT in May 2010 with 15 years of military service in airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Special Mission Systems program development, management and employment.
Prior to his current position, Sean as Operations Officer, Training Officer, Safety Officers, and Chief Pilot for a Navy Patrol Squadron. He is currently continuing his distinguished Naval career in the reserves flying the Navy C-130T out of Point Mugu, California. He has extensive experience in program development, integration, and management of ISR systems.
Mr. Iverson completed 13 years of honorable active duty service with the U.S. Navy, conducting Special Operations in the field of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), supporting the Global War on Terror.
